Location: King's Lynn and surrounding areas
Job Type: Full-Time / Part-Time | Term-Time Only

Are you passionate about supporting children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to work within a range of specialist school settings across King's Lynn.
This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who want to make a meaningful difference by supporting pupils with SEMH, helping them to access learning, build confidence and achieve their full potential.
The Role
Provide 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEND/ SEMH.
Assist with implementing personalised learning and support strategies
Promote positive behaviour and engagement in lessons
Support pupils' social, emotional and academic development
Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff
Requirements
Experience working with children or young people with SEND/ SEMH (professional or personal experience considered)
A patient, nurturing and adaptable approach
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and use initiative
Enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one
