Key Responsibilities
As a SEN Teaching Assistant based in Aberdare, your daily duties will include:

Requirements & Qualifications
To be successful as a SEN Teaching Assistant in Aberdare, you will need:
* Previous experience supporting children with complex learning needs and/or challenging behaviours
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
* Patience, resilience, and adaptability in a dynamic classroom setting
* Relevant qualifications in education, SEND or childcare (desirable)
