Are you a SEN Teaching Assistant, Learning Support Assistant or Behaviour Support Worker looking for a rewarding full-time role where your work genuinely makes a difference?

We're looking for a passionate and committed SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in the Towcester area, working closely with children and young people with additional needs.

About the role
You will support pupils with a range of additional needs, helping them to access learning, develop confidence and become more independent.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing 1:1 and small-group SEN support
Supporting pupils with autism, ADHD, SEMH and other additional needs
Helping pupils engage with classroom learning
Supporting emotional regulation and positive behaviour
Developing positive and trusting relationships with pupils
Following individual learning and support plans
Working closely with teachers and the wider SEN team
Encouraging independence and celebrating pupil progress

What we're looking for

Confident supporting children with additional needs
Reliable and committed to working full-time
A strong communicator and team player
Able to build positive relationships with pupils
Passionate about making a difference
Previous SEN, Teaching Assistant, Learning Support or Behaviour Support experience is highly desirable. Experience with autism, SEMH or complex needs would be particularly beneficial.

Due to the location of the setting, you must hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle.

Unfortunately, candidates without access to their own transport cannot be considered.
