SEN Teaching Assistant - Leicester
Location: Hinckley
Pay: £105 per day
Working Pattern: Monday-Friday, term time only
Start: ASAP / dependent on availability

Aspire People have partnered with a SEN school in Hinckley who are looking for a passionate and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join their dedicated team.
We are looking for someone who has previous experience working with children with Special Educational Needs and is confident supporting pupils with a range of additional needs.
The Role:
Supporting pupils with SEN on a 1:1 and/or small-group basis
Working closely with the class teacher and wider support team
Helping pupils access learning and develop their confidence and independence
Supporting with behaviour, communication and emotional development
Creating a positive, safe and inclusive learning environment
Working Monday-Friday during term time
The Ideal Candidate:
Previous experience working with children with SEN is essential
Passionate about supporting children and helping them reach their potential
Patient, caring and resilient
Able to build positive relationships with pupils
Confident working as part of a team
Reliable and committed to a full-time, term-time position
