Job Title: SEN Teaching Assistant     
Location: Redruth 
Salary:   £80 to £90 per day 
Start Date: Immediately   

Responsibilities as a SEN Teaching Assistant:  

Utilise a range of effective strategies to address the unique needs of each student.
Work closely with teachers, therapists, and families to create comprehensive support plans collaboratively.
Foster a positive atmosphere that enhances social interactions and communication skills.
Implement interventions consistently and actively participate in activities to promote academic progress.
Requirements as a SEN Teaching Assistant:  

Preference will be given to candidates with previous experience as a SEN Teaching Assistant. 
Applicants with a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle will receive priority consideration. 
Effective communication skills are essential for success in this role. 
Candidates with a valid driving licence and access to a vehicle will be proritised.
Adaptability and flexibility in various situations are necessary qualities. 
A strong commitment to fostering the success and well-being of students is fundamental.
