Requirements of a SEN Teaching Assistant:

A solid understanding of educational principles and best practices.
Desired experience with Autism and SEMH.
Demonstrated patience and a caring approach when working with students.
Enjoy working collaboratively and building strong relationships with colleagues.
Prior experience is welcome, but a love for learning and a commitment to student growth are essential.
Candidates with a driving license and access to a vehicle are preferred.
