Supporting education in classrooms ????
1:1 and group learning for Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 pupils (4 to 11 years old)
Catering for children & young people with SLD, SEMH, and additional Learning Difficulties / Special Educational Needs
???? Location: Uxbridge (UB4)
⏰ Duration: Long Term
???? Pay: £85-£100 per day (depending on experience)
???? Start Date: Immediate
???? Contract: Monday - Friday (Full-Time)
✅ Requirements: ✅
Experience with children or young people
Previous work with vulnerable individuals or SEN
Excellent Behavior Management skills
Calm, patient, and adaptable to a fast-changing environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Competent computer skills (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
Enhanced DBS Certificate on the update service

Providing support to achieve learning objectives ????
Assisting Class teachers with curriculum support ????
Establishing productive relationships with pupils ????
Monitoring and evaluating pupil progress ????
Reporting pupil problems/progress/achievements ????
Delivering learning activities ????
Supporting staff in managing pupil behavior ????
Attending training courses as required ????
