Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and record progress, adapting strategies to meet the evolving needs of each student.
Act as a liaison between parents, teachers, and other support staff to ensure effective communication and collaboration.Requirements for our SEND Teaching Assistant:
Previous experience working with children with SEN is desirable.
A genuine passion for supporting the educational and personal development of students with diverse needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
