A school in Oxford is looking for an incredible SEN Teaching assistant.
What they are looking for
* Experienced in working with children or young people with SEN.
* Ideally experienced in supporting children who are school-avoidant, anxious or disengaged from education.
* Confident delivering 1:1 support.
* Comfortable supporting both English and Maths.
* Warm, patient, calm and highly relational.
* A strong communicator who can work positively with teachers, parents and other professionals.
* Proactive and able to recognise when a child needs a different approach.
* Passionate about helping children who may struggle within a traditional school environment.
