As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you'll play a pivotal role in providing invaluable support to students with a diverse range of special educational needs. Key Responsibilities:
???? Provide tailored support to students with SEN, both in and out of the classroom environment.
???? Assist teachers in implementing individualized learning plans and accommodations. ???? Foster a supportive and inclusive classroom atmosphere where every student feels valued and respected.
???? Collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external professionals to ensure the holistic well-being of students.
???? Implement strategies to promote independence and social integration among students with SEN.
Requirements:
???? Previous experience working with children with SEN is advantageous but not mandatory.
