Key Responsibilities:
Providing one-on-one support to students with SEN, including those with challenging behaviour.
Assisting in the implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs) and Behaviour Management Plans (BMPs).
Supporting students in accessing the curriculum and participating in classroom activities.
Collaborating with teachers and other staff members to create inclusive and engaging learning experiences.What we are looking for as an SEN Teaching Assistant:
Experience working with students with SEN, preferably in a secondary school setting.
Ability to effectively manage challenging behaviour with patience, empathy, and resilience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, colleagues, and parents/carers.
