Salary: £350-£500 Per a week

We are seeking a dedicated psychology graduate to join our team as a SENDhelp teaching assistant. As a key member of our support staff, you will play a crucial role in promoting positive mental health and well being among our students. This is an exciting opportunity to apply your knowledge and skills in a school setting while making a difference in the lives of young people.

Responsibilities for a SEN Teaching Assistant:

Provide individual and group support to students facing challenges related to mental health, behaviour, or emotional well-being.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and external professionals to develop personalised intervention plans for students with specific needs.
Deliver workshops and presentations on topics such as stress management, resilience, and social-emotional skills.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify students' strengths and areas for growth.
Participate in multidisciplinary meetings to discuss student progress and coordinate support strategies.Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in psychology or related field (master's degree preferred).
Knowledge of developmental psychology, counselling techniques, and behaviours management strategies.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with students, staff, and families.
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively.
