Role Highlights:
Hours: Full-time hours 8:30- 3:30
Immediate Start: This role begins on 04/01/2024, offering an immediate opportunity to contribute positively.

Extension Potential: There is potential for the role to extend into the next academic year.
What We're Looking For:
We are seeking an Autism Teaching Assistant who brings:

Requirements:
Experience: Prior experience in a comparable role supporting students with SEN, particularly Autism, is essential.
Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in special education or related fields are a plus.
Responsibilities:
Individualized Support: Deliver personalized support to the student with Autism Spectrum Disorder, adapting to their specific requirements.
Collaborative Efforts: Work closely with teachers, SENCO, and external specialists to implement tailored support plans.
Progress Tracking: Monitor and report on the progress and achievements of the student under your care, identifying areas for improvement and development.School Perks:
