Are you a passionate SEN Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity in East London?

Remedy Education are working with a fantastic school that is looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic SEN TA to join their team. This is a brilliant opportunity for someone who genuinely enjoys making a difference and wants to build strong, meaningful relationships with pupils.

You'll be supporting pupils with additional needs both in the classroom and on a more individual basis, helping them access learning, develop their confidence and make progress.

The role:

Provide 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN

Support pupils to access the curriculum and participate in lessons

Help develop pupils' confidence, independence and social skills

Work closely with teachers and the wider support team

Support positive behaviour and emotional regulation

Adapt activities and provide additional encouragement where needed

Build strong, trusting relationships with pupils

We're looking for someone who is:

Experienced working with children or young people with SEN

Passionate about supporting pupils to reach their potential

Patient, caring and resilient

Confident with behaviour management

Able to build positive relationships quickly

Reliable and enthusiastic

A strong team player
