We are currently looking for a dedicated, caring, and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a supportive mainstream primary school in Telford. This is a full time position starting in September 2026, offering the opportunity to become a permanent member of staff for the right candidate.

The Role
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will work alongside class teachers and the SEND team to support pupils with a range of additional needs. The Ideal Candidate

A degree, or be in their final year of university, in any subject, or relevant experience working with children or young people.

Experience supporting children or young people with Special Educational Needs is beneficial but not essential.

Salary is dependent on experience, training, or qualifications. The minimum experience, training or qualifications required for this position is previous experience working in a school setting.
