Are you an experienced SEN Teaching Assistant looking for a permanent opportunity in Aylesbury?

We are looking for a caring, committed and reliable SEN Teaching Assistant, Aylesbury to join a specialist educational setting, supporting children and young people with additional needs. As an SEN Teaching Assistant in Aylesbury, you will provide individual and small-group support, helping pupils engage with learning while developing their confidence, communication and independence. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working with children or young people with SEN, either in a school or another relevant support setting. Providing 1:1 and small-group support to pupils with SEN
Supporting pupils with learning, communication and independence

Helping create a safe, inclusive and engaging learning environment
Supporting pupils with transitions and daily routines
Building positive and trusting relationships with pupils

Previous experience supporting children or young people with SEN
Experience providing 1:1 or small-group support
