*

Implementing individual behaviour and learning support plans.

*

Using positive reinforcement and appropriate de-escalation techniques when required.

*

Supporting pupils with personal care where necessary.

*

Working closely with teachers, SEN staff and other professionals to provide consistent support.

*

Helping to maintain a structured, safe and welcoming learning environment.

*

Supporting pupils during lunchtime, breaktimes and educational activities.

*

Maintaining high standards of safeguarding and pupil welfare.

A full-time, long-term opportunity in a specialist education setting.

*

A supportive and experienced team environment.

*

The opportunity to make a meaningful difference to pupils with additional needs.

*

Further training and professional development opportunities.
