The Role:
* Position: SEN Teaching Assistant (Visually Impaired)
* Start Date: September 2024
* Location: Islington
* Type: One-to-one support with a Year 1 student
* Interviews: ASAP
Your Mission:
* Champion for the Student: Provide tailored, one-on-one support to a visually impaired Year 1 student, ensuring their safety and active participation in all activities.
* Adapt and Innovate: Use creative approaches to adapt teaching materials and methods to meet the unique needs of your student.
* Collaborative Effort: Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to develop and implement effective learning strategies.
