Milk Education are working with a primary school in L20 who are seeking a SEND Teaching Assistant to work with children with ADHD in the morning and in the afternoon with small group of children foe ther learning, This SEND Teaching Assistant job is full-time and will commence as soon as possible and continue into SEP

The role of an SEND Teaching Assistant is to work with a child on a one to one basis or support them within small or whole class groups, acting as a listener, encourager, motivator and role model.

Your role & responsibilities:
* Be able to build and maintain positive relationships
* Work within a classroom with students who have a variety of complex needs
* To help in the preparation and organisation of classroom resources including adjusting in classroom layout
* Be passionate about achievement for every child and committed to ongoing professional learning.
Non-negotiables:
* Have eligibility to work in the UK or be a UK resident.
* Have experience of working with SEN / additional needs and/or similar setting
* Two suitable references covering the last 2 years.
* Offer drive, kindness, enthusiasm, imagination, and commitment.
