We are seeking dedicated and compassionate SEND Teaching Assistants specializing in supporting children with complex needs. In this vital role, you will work closely with teachers, and families to create a nurturing environment that promotes learning, development, and well-being for children with diverse needs.

A successful applicant will be able to:

* Provide tailored support children with complex needs, in line with EHCPs,

* Interact with and support children both inside a resource base and 1:1 periodically,

* Deliver and implement specialised IEP plans designed to meet each child's specific learning goals and behavioural requirements,

* Promote a positive and inclusive environment by allowing social interaction, supporting emotional regulation and

* Provide personal care to pupils that require it,

* Maintain accurate records of student progress, incidents and support interventions to inform further planning.
