SEN Teachers (Complex Needs)

Location: Chelmsford

Salary: £120 - £230 per day

Start Date: September 2024

Contract Type: Full Time

Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of young individuals with complex needs? We are seeking dedicated and compassionate professionals to join our team at secondary schools in Chelmsford. This is more than a job; it’s a calling to shape futures and change lives.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s unique needs.
Create an inclusive, supportive, and adaptive learning environment.
Collaborate with other educators, therapists, and families to support student development.
Utilize specialized instructional strategies to engage students and facilitate learning.
Monitor and report on student progress, adapting teaching methods as needed.
Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Proven experience working with students with complex needs.
Strong understanding of the latest educational practices for special education.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A commitment to ongoing professional development in special education.
