As an SEN Supply Teacher, you'll play a vital role in supporting children with a range of additional needs, helping them access learning, build confidence, and achieve success in the classroom.

You'll have the opportunity to work with pupils who may require additional support relating to:

Autism Spectrum Condition (ASC)
Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs
ADHD
Speech and Language difficulties
Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties
Complex additional needs
No two placements are the same, giving you the chance to develop your skills across a variety of settings and age groups.

Your Responsibilities

Deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across your preferred key stages
Adapt learning to meet individual pupil needs
Foster a positive, supportive, and structured learning environment
Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, and school leaders
Promote pupil wellbeing and engagement
Leave clear handovers to ensure continuity of learning
Mark and assess work in line with school policies

Who We're Looking For

Qualified Teachers (QTS/QTLS or equivalent recognised teaching qualification)
Passionate educators who enjoy making a positive impact
Teachers with SEN experience or a strong interest in specialist education

Individuals with excellent classroom management and communication skills
