Location: Uxbridge
Salary: £180 – £250 per day
Contract: Monday – Friday

Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher with QTS looking for a rewarding opportunity within a specialist education setting?
We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to join a specialist school in the Uxbridge area, supporting pupils with additional needs through a personalised, nurturing and engaging approach to education.
The Role You will be responsible for creating a positive and supportive learning environment where pupils can develop academically, socially and emotionally.
Your responsibilities will include:
Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons.
Supporting pupils with SEN and complex learning needs.
Adapting teaching approaches to meet individual learning needs.
Creating a safe, structured and inclusive classroom environment.
Supporting pupils with their communication, confidence and independence.
Monitoring and assessing pupil progress.
Working closely with Teaching Assistants and the wider school team.
Developing positive relationships with pupils and promoting their wellbeing.
Contributing to individual learning plans and wider pupil support strategies. The Ideal Candidate
QTS is essential.
Previous experience working with pupils with SEN is highly desirable.
Experience with autism or complex needs would be advantageous.
Patient, caring and adaptable approach.
Strong classroom management skills.
Confident differentiating learning and adapting resources.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Passionate about supporting pupils to reach their full potential.
