Position: SEN Teacher - Primary School
Salary Range: £120- £180 per day
Location: Redruth
Start Date: Immediately
About the Role:
Design individualised learning plans for students with special educational needs as SEN Teacher.
Deliver customised instruction and assistance to students facing diverse learning challenges (such as autism, dyslexia, and ADHD).
Collaborate with professionals like educational psychologists and speech therapists to create holistic support approaches.
Cultivate an inclusive and nurturing learning environment, ensuring all students feel appreciated and supported.
Continuously evaluate student progress and adapt teaching methods and resources as needed.
Requirements:
Candidates must hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and have experience as SEN Teacher.
A solid understanding of various learning difficulties and effective support strategies is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities are required.
Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students overcome barriers are highly valued.
Candidates with a valid driving license and access to a vehicle will be given priority consideration.
