TeacherActive is proud to be working with a specialist SEND school in Taunton, supporting children and young people with a range of additional needs. The school provides a nurturing and inclusive environment where every pupil is encouraged to achieve their full potential through tailored learning, strong pastoral support and a child-centred approach.
The school is looking to appoint a part-time SEN Teacher to join their dedicated team from ASAP.
The successful SEN Teacher will have:
QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
Experience working as an SEN Teacher or supporting pupils with additional needs
Experience managing and supporting challenging behaviour
Excellent classroom management skills
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A patient, resilient and positive approach to teaching
