SEN Teacher | Tooting, SW17 | £170-£220 | Long term to perm | Sept Start

Here at LTF Recruitment we are searching for someone who can become a positive impact on our pupil's lives. The staff within this school, in Tooting, are eagerly looking to welcome an experienced SEN Teacher who will be able to promote a positive working environment and have the skills to meet the learning needs of all the pupils. We have a core set of responsibilities that are required for this role and if someone fits in perfect for this full-time role, there will be a chance for this position to become permanent for you.
Responsibilities:
You will be required to plan, prepare, and deliver lessons, whilst also preparing the teaching materials.
You will be taking registers, writing reports, and marking work.
Help children gain confidence, independence and encourage them to learn by creating a safe and inclusive environment.
You will be required to interact with other staff and parents/carers about progress for each individual child.
Implement effective teaching and learning strategies, whilst making sure pupil's needs are being met.
Working with SEN children, ensuring their ability to access learning activities and understand the information being presented.Requirements:
QTS required - experienced teachers and ECTs are welcome to apply.
Understand the challenges of working in this unique environment and be adaptable to any situation.
A valid DBS or wiling to apply for a new DBS.
Outstanding classroom behaviour management skills.
