Plan and deliver engaging lessons tailored to meet the individual needs of students with SEN.
Create and implement effective Individual Education Plans (IEPs) in collaboration with the SEN team.
Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student engagement and progress.
Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and external agencies to support the holistic development of students with SEN.Requirements:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience working with students with SEN preferred.
Understanding of different SEN profiles and strategies to support diverse learning needs.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.Location: Wirral, with convenient access to public transport links.

To be considered for this position you will:
- have previous school experience and be familiar with the SIMS system
- Be a committed professional
- Be an organised, enthusiastic proactive person
-Hold a child workforce enhanced DBS certificate which is on the update service, or be willing to apply for a new one (costs refunded back to you when you complete 20 days work)
-have satisfactory references
-have a CV must that covers the last 10 years of employment history where possible and any gaps in employment must be explained;
- Have the legal right to work in the UK.
