About the SEN Teacher role:

Qualiteach are looking for dedicated SEN Teachers in Bexley, Our partnered schools that we recruit for specialise in supporting stduents with SEN across Primary, Secondary and post 16. We are always searching for education professionals who can provide a nurturing and supportive environment where every child can thrive and achieve their full potential.

We are seeking a passionate and skilled SEN Teachers to join our committed commuity of Teachers.

SEN Teacher - Job Description:

As an SEN Teacher at SEN schools, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality, individualised education to students with SEN.

Your responsibilities will include:

* Planning and Delivery: Design and implement effective lesson plans tailored to meet the unique needs of students with SEN.

* Assessment and Progress Tracking: Regularly assess student progress, set achievable targets, and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.

* Support and Intervention: Provide targeted support and interventions to address behavioral, emotional, and academic challenges.

* Classroom Management: Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages student engagement and success.

* Collaboration: Work closely with other teachers, support staff, and external professionals to develop comprehensive support plans.

* Parental Engagement: Maintain open and regular communication with parents and caregivers, involving them in their child's educational journey.

* Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Qualifications and Experience:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) / QTLS or Unqualified / ECT

* Skills: Strong classroom management skills, the ability to build positive relationships with students, and excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

* Passion: A genuine commitment to making a difference in the lives of students with special educational needs.
