Minimum Requirements
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS) Certification
Current safeguarding and child protection qualifications/knowledge and experienceDesired Candidate Characteristics:
Exceptional classroom leadership abilities
Passion, commitment, and determination to elevate standards
Innovative mindset, vision, outstanding planning, and organizational skills
Experience working with students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and additional requirements (preferred)
