Salary: £37,870 - £50,474 per year + (£2,787 - £5,497 SEN Allowance)
About the role and school
We are seeking a SEN Teacher to join a specialist setting in Enfield from September. This SEN Teacher role involves supporting pupils with a range of additional needs within a structured and nurturing environment.
The successful SEN Teacher will work alongside experienced support staff and therapists to deliver personalised learning opportunities. As a SEN Teacher, you will help pupils achieve academic, social and emotional success through differentiated teaching and strong relationship-building.
This SEN Teacher position is ideal for a practitioner committed to inclusive education and supporting pupils to reach their full potential.
Job Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality learning as a SEN Teacher
Support pupils with additional needs
Plan and assess personalised learning programmes
Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
Monitor pupil progress and development
Promote independence and inclusionQualifications/Experience
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
SEN experience desirable
Strong classroom management skills
Excellent communication skills
Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service
