Launch Education are working in partnership with a highly regarded specialist school in South East London to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated SEN Teacher on a permanent basis.

The school takes a holistic approach to education, working closely with families and a range of specialist professionals to support pupils' development and wellbeing.

Staff benefit from ongoing training and opportunities to develop specialist expertise across areas including communication, Makaton, PECS, intensive interaction, sensory approaches, assessment and curriculum development.

Why Consider This School?

The school offers a highly supportive and specialist environment where staff are encouraged to develop their practice and share expertise.

The school can offer:

* A permanent position from January 2027, or sooner if available

* A supportive and experienced specialist teaching team

* Excellent specialist facilities and learning environments

* Ongoing professional development and specialist training

* The opportunity to make a genuine difference to pupils with complex learning needs

The Successful Candidate

We would be keen to speak with teachers who are passionate about specialist education and committed to helping children achieve their individual potential.

You will ideally have experience of working within an SEN or specialist setting, although applications from teachers with strong mainstream experience and a genuine interest in developing within SEN will also be considered.

You will be someone who is patient, creative and adaptable, with high expectations for every pupil and a commitment to developing engaging and meaningful learning experiences.
