The schools cater to students aged 3 to 19 facing various behavioural issues. With small class sizes (maximum of 4 students per group), individualised support is provided. Role Requirements - SEN Teachers:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or unqualified Teacher with a master's level qualification from any background (Primary, Secondary, or SEN).
No prior SEN/AP School experience required - comprehensive training and support provided.
Flexible teaching approach - most teachers cover a range of subjects.
Desire to work with disaffected students facing various behavioural issues.
Comfortable working in small class settings with the support of an experienced Learning Support Assistant (LSA).
