We are working with a SEN school in South Shropshire, who are looking to increase their bank of day-to-day supply staff! If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of SEN students and looking for flexibility in your work, then we have an exciting opportunity for you!
We are seeking experienced and dedicated SEN Teachers to join the team on a supply basis!
About the school:
Set in the idyllic region of South Shropshire, the school provides education to pupils in key stages 3 – 5 who have additional needs including Autism, ADHD and learning difficulties!
The school have a range of specialist facilities aimed at providing a therapeutic environment to allow their students to reach the very best of their abilities!
The classroom sizes are very small with a maximum of 6 pupils per class, with multiple TAs in each class to support.
Requirements:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Experience working with students with SEN across different key stages.
* Strong understanding of SEN best practices and the ability to differentiate instruction effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to build positive relationships with students, staff, and parents.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
* Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one).
