£30,000 to £43,685 + SEN allowance per annum (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications)
September 2024 - Maternity cover, with potential to go permanent.
The School and Role
As a dedicated SEN Teacher you will be required to work full time, term time only. Working with this particular school, you will be working with very freindly and caring staff. The school caters for children from age 4 to 16 with SEN and SEMH. The main role will be teaching a small class of primary students.
Their mission is to deliver exceptional education and support for traumatised children and young people identified as having social, emotional and/or mental health needs.
Requirements:
The desired SEN Teacher will;
Hold a QTS
Be patient, empathetic and have a calm manner
Be a good communicator
Have a genuine desire to become part of a committed team of school staff
Have experience working with children who have special needs
