SEN Teacher - Complex Needs & Independence Pathway

Blackpool | Full Time | 12-Week Temp to Perm

Are you passionate about helping young people with SEN achieve greater independence and prepare for adult life?

A specialist provision in Blackpool is seeking an enthusiastic SEN Teacher to support learners with complex needs through a curriculum focused on life skills, independence, and employability.

QTS is not essential. We're looking for someone with experience supporting learners with SEN, strong communication skills, and a genuine passion for helping young people succeed.

The role includes:

Delivering personalised learning for students with complex needs
Teaching life skills, independence, and employability-based learning
Supporting learners to develop confidence, communication, and resilience
Working as part of a supportive multidisciplinary team
The ideal candidate will:

Have experience working with SEN and complex needs
Be patient, adaptable, and nurturing
Be committed to preparing young people for adulthood and future opportunities

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
