As a SEN Teacher, you will play a key role in helping students build confidence, develop independence, and reach their full potential both academically and personally.

As an SEN Teacher, you will:

* Plan and deliver creative, engaging, and differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
* Support pupils with ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and complex learning needs
* Foster a positive, structured, and inclusive classroom environment where every student feels valued
* Work collaboratively with teaching assistants, SENCOs, therapists, and external professionals
* Monitor progress closely and adapt teaching strategies to support student development
* Encourage emotional wellbeing, resilience, confidence, and independence in every learner

The successful SEN Teacher will have:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
