We are recruiting on behalf of a specialist school in West London supporting pupils aged 11-19 with severe and complex learning difficulties, autism, ADHD and additional communication needs.

The Role

You will be responsible for:

Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
Assessing progress and maintaining accurate records
Contributing to Annual Reviews and EHCP processes
Working closely with support staff, therapists and families
Leading educational visits and community-based activities
Creating a positive, structured and nurturing learning environment

The Ideal Candidate

Holds UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Has SEND experience or a strong desire to transition into specialist education
Understands the needs of pupils with autism and complex learning difficulties
Is resilient, adaptable and able to build positive relationships
Works effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Brings enthusiasm, patience and creativity to the classroom

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
