We are seeking a dedicated and creative SEN Teacher for a specialist school in Bromley.

The school caters for pupils with a range of additional needs, and the successful candidate will need to combine high expectations with a highly personalised approach to learning.

The role

You will be responsible for creating a positive classroom environment where pupils feel safe, valued and motivated to learn.

You will:

Plan highly differentiated lessons.

Adapt learning to individual pupil profiles.

Teach academic, communication and life skills.

Monitor and assess pupil progress.

Contribute to EHCP outcomes and annual reviews.

Work closely with families and multidisciplinary professionals.

Lead and support a team of Teaching Assistants.

Use positive behaviour-support strategies.

Develop pupils' independence and confidence.

Why this role?
