The Role:
Can showcase resilience and effective behaviour management skills, as the classroom is challenging
Deliver tailored, engaging, and creative lessons to students with diverse learning needs.
Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with parents, carers, and other professionals.
Utilize a variety of teaching strategies and resources to ensure every child achieves their full potential.
Foster a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment.
Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching methods as necessary.
Work closely with our dedicated SEN team and contribute to the wider school community.
Qualification and Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) desirable
Really good behaviour management skills (challenging classroom).
Proven experience in teaching children with special educational needs.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A creative and flexible approach to teaching and learning.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a diverse workload.
An Enhance Child and Adult DBS (or willing to obtain one)
