Your Role as an SEN Teacher

Deliver engaging, differentiated lessons tailored to individual learning needs
Create a supportive, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment
Work closely with Teaching Assistants, SENCOs, therapists, and wider school staff
Support pupils with a range of additional needs to achieve their full potential

Important Information

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification required
Previous SEN experience is desirable but not essential for all roles
Pay rates include 12.07% statutory holiday pay
Enhanced DBS and safeguarding checks are required (full support provided)
FREE Child Protection and Prevent Duty training available
