A thriving primary school in Tower Hamlets is seeking an SEN Teacher to lead its Autism Resource Provision.

The provision supports pupils with autism who benefit from specialist teaching while maintaining links with mainstream classes where appropriate. The successful candidate will develop individual learning plans, work closely with families and support successful inclusion across the school.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver specialist autism-focused teaching
Support communication and social interaction development
Lead EHCP reviews and target setting
Collaborate with mainstream staff to maximise inclusionWe Are Looking For:

Qualified Teacher Status
Experience supporting children with autism
Strong knowledge of SEND legislation and EHCP processes
A positive, child-centred approachThe school offers excellent CPD, supportive leadership and the opportunity to make a lasting impact on pupils' educational journeys.
