SEN Class Teacher
Location: Northamptonshire
Salary: Dependent on experience and role
Contract: Full-time, part-time and long-term opportunities available
Start Date: ASAP / January 2027
Tradewind Recruitment are currently working with a number of partner SEN schools across Northamptonshire, and we are looking for passionate and adaptable SEN Class Teachers to join their teams.
Our partner schools support children and young people with a range of additional needs, with students typically having EHCPs in place and requiring tailored, individualised support to help them thrive.
We have opportunities across a variety of settings, including schools supporting pupils with SEN, SLD, MLD, PMLD, ASC and SEMH needs, so we can discuss roles based on your experience and preferred setting.
The ideal SEN Class Teacher will:
Hold QTS or equivalent teaching status
Have experience working with children or young people with additional needs
Be confident adapting lessons to meet individual needs and EHCP outcomes
Have a nurturing, patient and flexible approach
Be confident managing behaviour and supporting pupils with different levels of need
Work effectively as part of a wider school and support staff teamWhat we can offer:
