Minimum Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or Qualified Teacher Learning and Skills (QTLS)
Up-to-date safeguarding and child protection qualifications and experienceIdeal Candidate Profile:
Outstanding classroom practitioner
Energetic, passionate, and committed to raising standards
Initiative-driven with excellent planning and organizational skills
Preferably experienced in working with students with SEMH and additional needs
