Year 3/4 Class Teacher (Full Time)

Start Date: September

We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and skilled teacher to join our friendly and supportive team from September. This is a full-time position teaching a mixed Year 3/4 class in our small, welcoming school.

About the Role

As a Year 3/4 teacher, you will:

Deliver engaging and high-quality lessons across the Key Stage 2 curriculum
Plan and teach effectively for a mixed-age class, ensuring all pupils are challenged and supported
Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Contribute to the wider life of our school community

The Ideal Candidate Will:

Be a qualified teacher (QTS) with experience of teaching in Key Stage 2
Have strong knowledge and practical experience of teaching phonics effectively, including supporting pupils who need to catch up
Be confident in adapting teaching for mixed-age classes and a range of abilities
Be committed to raising standards and achieving the best outcomes for all pupils
Bring enthusiasm, creativity, and a nurturing approach to teaching
Work well as part of a team in a small-school environment
