Position:  SEN Teacher
Location: Park School, Chipping Norton, OX7 5QH
Salary:     Up to £43,000 per annum (dependant on experience, not pro rata)
Hours:     37.5 per week | Monday to Friday | 8.30am - 4.30pm
Contract: Permanent, Term Time Only
Start:        October 2026

What You'll Be Doing

Deliver engaging, personalised lessons that inspire and motivate students.

Adapt teaching approaches to meet a range of SEN needs, including Autism and complex learning needs.

Create a safe, nurturing and inclusive learning environment where students can thrive.

Monitor progress, celebrate achievements and support each student to reach their potential.

Develop and review individual learning plans and support strategies.

Collaborate with families, colleagues and external professionals to deliver outstanding outcomes.

About You

You don't just teach. You inspire, encourage and help students believe in themselves.

GCSE English and Maths or equivalent required

QTS or equivalent desired

Has experience supporting students with SEND, including Autism.

Is passionate about helping young people overcome barriers to learning.

Builds positive, trusting relationships and brings patience, resilience and empathy.

Can adapt learning creatively to meet individual needs.

Works collaboratively and communicates effectively with others.
