Hours: 8:30-3:30 

Pay: £153.85 - £238.59 per day + SEN allowance

About the role:

This role is for a SEN teacher and the school is looking for someone with a genuine passion for delivering excellent quality education to key stage 1 and 2 students with Special Educational Needs. Needs include but are not limited to: ASD, ADHD, and ADD. A good understanding of these needs will be vital in supporting the students to succeed academically. The right candidate will be supportive and empathetic, ensuring the students receive the encouragement they need to succeed. This is a full-time temporary role, with the vision to turn permanent for the right candidate.

The candidate:

Create, organise, and present interesting lessons that are suited to each SEN student's unique needs.
Create and carry out Individual Education Plans (IEPs) for each student, keeping an eye on their development and making any necessary plan adjustments.
Collaborate with other educators, teaching assistants, and support personnel to establish a welcoming and inclusive learning environment.
Strong classroom and behaviour management
Effective communication skills
