We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant with a specialism in SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) to join our dynamic team in Ealing, London. As a vital member of our staff, you will play a crucial role in supporting students with anxiety, helping them to overcome obstacles and achieve their full potential.
Application Requirements:
• Relevant experience working with students with SEMH needs, preferably within a school setting.
• Understanding of SEMH challenges and effective strategies for supporting students with anxiety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with students and colleagues.
• Flexibility, resilience, and a positive attitude towards overcoming challenges and promoting student success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs, helping them to manage anxiety and develop coping strategies.
• Collaborate closely with teachers and other support staff to create inclusive learning environments that meet the diverse needs of all students.
• Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, promoting a culture of empathy, understanding, and respect.
