SEN TA with Specialism in SEMH

Hours of Work: 8:30 AM - 3:30 PM, Term Time

Pay: £85-£100 per day

Location: Finchley

Job Type: Full Time, Long Term

About the role:

This role involves providing support to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs in a dynamic classroom environment. You will work closely with the class teacher, assisting with small groups and individual students as needed. Our school values respect, inclusion, and collaboration, fostering a supportive culture where every child's needs are met.

Application Requirements:

• Experience working with children with SEMH needs is essential.

• Strong understanding of strategies to support SEMH students.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with SEMH needs in Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2.

• Assist in developing and implementing individual education plans (IEPs).

• Work closely with teachers and other staff to create a supportive learning environment.

• Foster positive relationships with students, promoting their social and emotional development.
