SEN TA - Exciting Opportunity in Didcot
£95-£105 per day | Didcot | Full-Time
Are you an enthusiastic SEN TA ready for your next opportunity? We're working with a range of welcoming and inclusive schools across Didcot that are looking for passionate individuals to support pupils with additional needs, including ASD, ADHD, SEMH and challenging behaviour.
As an SEN TA, you'll have the opportunity to make a genuine difference to pupils' lives by providing tailored support that encourages confidence, independence and positive engagement with learning.
What we're looking for
A confident, proactive and positive attitude
Patience, resilience and adaptability
A genuine passion for supporting children
Enthusiasm for helping pupils overcome challenges
A willingness to embrace new experiences and opportunities
The ideal SEN TA will have
Previous experience as an Early Years, KS1 or KS2 Teaching Assistant, or as an SEN TA
A caring, patient and flexible approach
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
The ability to build positive relationships with pupils
Availability Monday to Friday, 8:30am-3:30pm
