Hours of Work: 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, Term Time

Pay: £85-£100 per day

About the role:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN-TA – Autism Spectrum Disorder Specialist to join our team in Barnet. This is a full-time, long-term position working within Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2. The successful candidate will provide tailored support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder, helping them to achieve their full potential in a primary school setting.

Application Requirements:

• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Understanding of Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 curriculum.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting SEN students.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the educational and social development of students with ASD.
• Implement personalised learning plans in collaboration with teachers and SEN coordinators.
• Support classroom activities and create a positive learning environment.
